Icon Diamonds
Boldly defined in black & white, the balconies of the Icon Bay residences fold across its facade creating a pattern of light and shadow, reflection and opacity, revealing diamonds in the sun.
Icon Bay is a residential high-rise on the shores of the Biscayne Bay in the once blighted Edgewater neighborhood of Miami, FL. The 43-story tower was designed by Miami-based architects Arquitectonica "introducing a new era of architecture" to Miami, due to its bas-relief style balconies that form horizontal folds in the facade. It opened in 2015.
